Delivery, Shipping & Returns Policy

We take utmost care in manufacturing, packing, and delivering your handcrafted furniture. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we request customers to kindly read and understand the following terms:

  1. Product Size & Entry Access
    • Customers must carefully check product dimensions mentioned on the website and ensure that the item can pass through doors, staircases, lifts, and entry gates before placing the order.
    • We are not responsible if the product does not fit into your premises due to size constraints.
    • In such cases, returns will not be accepted.
    • If a return is exceptionally approved, actual shipping charges (both forward & reverse) will be deducted from the refund.
  1. Delivery Scope (Floor Delivery Policy)
    • Our delivery service includes ground-floor delivery only.
    • If your residence is above ground floor, any additional handling, lifting, or floor delivery charges must be borne by the customer directly.
    • Our delivery team is not obligated to carry products upstairs or use lifts.
  1. Mandatory Product Opening Video
    • For any replacement, damage, or missing parts claims, an uninterrupted product opening video is mandatory.
    • The video must clearly show:
    • Outer packaging
    • Inner packaging
    • Complete product
    • Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
  1. Returns & Cancellation Charges
    • In case of order cancellation or approved return, 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount, as per payment gateway policies.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard banking timeline.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products
    • If the product is received in damaged condition, customers must inform our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Complaints raised after 24 hours will render the product non-returnable and non-replaceable.
    • Minor variations in wood grain, texture, or color are natural characteristics of solid wood and do not qualify as damage.

  1. Installation & Assembly
    • Our delivery does not include installation or assembly, unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
    • Basic assembly (if required) can be done using standard tools.
  1. Color & Finish Variation
    • As our products are made from natural solid wood, slight variations in color, grain, and finish are natural and should be expected.
    • Screen resolution and lighting may also cause minor color differences.
  1. Delivery Timelines
    • Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, logistical issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
  1. Order Refusal at Delivery
    • If delivery is refused without valid reason, the order will be treated as a return, and applicable shipping and handling charges will be deducted.
  1. Packaging Disposal
    • Customers are responsible for disposing of packaging materials after delivery.
